Terms and Conditions

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Znam Spitex GmbH and its clients in the context of outpatient nursing care and support.

2. Benefits

Znam Spitex GmbH provides care, support, and assistance services as agreed upon. Changes to services will be made in consultation with the clients or their relatives.

3. Term and Availability

Deployment times are agreed upon individually. Short-notice changes are possible but will be communicated in a timely manner. Emergency deployments are made according to agreement and capacity.

4. Costs & Billing

Billing will be done according to applicable tariffs and legal regulations. Self-payer services and additional services will be itemized separately. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

5. Liability

Znam Spitex GmbH is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for third-party services (e.g., by doctors or external service providers).

6. Data Privacy

The provisions of our privacy policy apply.

7. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Baden AG. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
