Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Znam Spitex GmbH and its clients within the scope of home care and support.

2. Services

Znam Spitex GmbH provides care, support, and assistance services according to the agreed scope. Any changes are made in consultation with clients or their relatives.

3. Appointments & Availability

Appointments are arranged individually. Short-term changes may occur but will be communicated in a timely manner. Emergency visits are subject to availability and agreement.

4. Costs & Billing

Billing is based on applicable tariffs and legal regulations. Self-pay services and additional services are listed separately. Invoices are due within 30 days.

5. Liability

Znam Spitex GmbH is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for third-party services (e.g., doctors or external providers).

6. Data Protection

The provisions of our Privacy Policy apply.

7. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Baden AG. Swiss law exclusively applies.
